Culture Committee

I started Ylopo's Culture Committee in 2019. This employee-volunteer committee makes our remote environment fun and engaging! We create weekly and monthly virtual events to enhance our internal relationships across the organization and within individual departments. This committee is also charged with organizing and implementing holiday-based events, working with a specific budget to ensure everyone is included and feels welcomed.
